About the Practitioner
Nancy Bilello, RN, L.Ac., has experience in both Western and Eastern Medicine.
She has an A.D. in Nursing from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York and 20 years of experience in clinical nursing with a strong background in Oncology. She maintains an active RN license
Ms. Bilello earned her Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from The Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado, is nationally certified (NCCAOM certified) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs and is licensed in the state of Colorado. In addition, she has studied extensively with senior practitioners in the community and completed a 3 year internship with Dr. LiXin Zhang in Denver. She has maintained a private practice for 8 years in the Denver area.
Ms. Bilello has served on the State of Colorado’s Task Force for the Division of Workers’ Compensation. She is the current Legislative Chair of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado and is the author of the book Understanding the Difficult Patient.
With her broad background and experience, Nancy is familiar with medications, procedures and diagnoses that you may have experienced. As a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, she is well acquainted with many types of alternative therapies and is able to guide you through the maze of Western and Oriental Medicine and help you attain a balance best suited to your individual needs
